Gas bubble... Ow

This morning I almost doubled over in pain twice from gas bubbles moving through my lower abdomen. It felt like something was tearing or ripping me apart. Anyone else ever get that?

Hi

I definitely know the feeling. They really are very painful. I don't know if you're the same way I am, but sometimes they won't go away for hours. I can sometimes feel a pop in my abdomen when they do finally go away.

Oh yes, all the time. It definitely can be really painful. Sometimes I get it really bad on my right side and I can actually feel it from the outside, like its protruding a little. I don't know if it's good for it or not, but I usually push on it to "help it along" and to relieve the pressure from that side. Have you ever heard of colonic massage? It's basically massaging your lower abdomen right (your right) to left, following along the natural direction on your colon. It can really help with trapped gas or constipation.
