Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
Much it can effect our everyday lives. I think we just have to learn to accept that others who don't have endo will never truly understand, but hey at least here we have a place to complain and let it all out without doing it to those people (: hope your feeling better
I can totally relate to this. I remember one time being at work when I was hit with the worst endo pain ever, I was sweating the pain was so intense. I knew I needed to go home as I couldn't control the pain. Anyways I went into my manager to inform him I wasn't well and the reply i got was (and i quote!) "You don't look sick".
It seems people who don't suffer from regular pain don't really understand what it's like to have build up the energy to do the small normal things like walking.
Hope you feel better today, remember you're not alone xx
