Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I don't really have much more to suggest than what you have already tried. I can say that exercise actually helps my pain a bit, it only helps for a couple hours and some days I am way too sore to go to the gym, but I take what little relief I can get. Also, have you tried playing around with your diet? Everyone is different and some foods bother some people and others not at all. Common trigger foods for endo pain are gluten, eggs, red meat, caffeine, alcohol, processed sugar, high fat foods, dairy...there might be more but I can't remember right now.
I am sorry you are suffering so much, I hope you feel better soon!
