Well I do....but I also have fibromyalgia....I'm not sure which one is making me so exhausted.

YES AND IT SUCKS!!! i Sound like a broken record but seriously, i did not realize how bad i felt all the damn time until i had my surgery. 4wks out and i feel AMAZING! Like crazy, stupid AMAZING. my husband is beside himself with how GOOD i feel now. The fatigue, catching Every little bug that went around, constant pain and just feeling of having to power through the day, just get through it. i got so used to it :(

I'm so sorry you're feeling so awful. How are you feeling otherwise? Any of your other issues resolving?

Alana did you have surgery recently??

hahaha I bled after sex so now the doc thinks I have a polyp were talking murder scene boyfriend had blood dripping down his legs and all over the bed ew (sorry tmi?). I haven't had the surgery yet coming February I think.

You seriously feel that much better carbs? Could you be back at the gym yet? IDK if you go or not but I'm a huge active person SOOOO

Yes, fatigue all the time. Was probably the endo. I hope I feel better soon. I am still too soon out from surgery.

Well with fibro I wake up every morning feeling very stiff...I can't stand up straight for a few minutes and it hurts. I have extreme exhaustion whether I sleep 3 hours or 13. When I'm having a flare it feels like when you have the flu...How your skin feels when you have a fever....but about 10 times more intense.

I sometimes feel like that, but I've never been diagnosed with that. :( I hope you get relief! Ew

I have Fibro, too and it's a bitch. Mixed it with Endo, you're bound to just not move at all really. I was really tired before I had my surgery, now it's been almost a month and I'm extremley exhausted. Like, literally could NOT get out of my bed and my head is in a fog. It's really hard to take a shower even though it helps me.

Yeah, that's the thing with fibro....it doesn't really ever get better. You have bad days....and then really bad days (flares)...so I guess the bad days are better than the really bad days....but it's always there. I feel like my endo stuff comes and goes. I'm 6 weeks post my 4th lap....even though I had an ovary removed it was by far my quickest and easiest recoveries....but made me have so many fibro flares between the changing weather (four weeks ago we had a tornado touchdown less than 1/4 mile from our house...last weekend, 9 inches of snow!)...and the surgery and recovery pain.
And now I've been bleeding for two weeks...and in waiting to find out what the Dr wants to do now (sono, hysterically, etc)

I was diagnosed three years ago with fibromyalgia and a year ago diagnosed with food intolerances. I changed my diet to avoid the allergens and turns out they were wrong about my fibromyalgia because all of my pain, headaches, brain fog, digestive issues, ect went away. If you haven't checked into food triggers it might be a good idea! It totally changed my life! I've also been doing my own research and it looks like food intolerances, endometriosis, and fibromyalgia are very closely related. Fibro can be mistaken for food issues because food issues can cause inflammation in digestive which can cause widespread pain mimicking fibro. Both have been linked somehow to endo. Crazy stuff. I still have pain because of the endo but at least its localized instead of widespread like fibro. I'm glad we can all fight this crap together ladies!

YES!!! I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I haven't been back in the gym yet (only bc of logistics with 2 kids and visitors) but i hope to be soon after xmas. i'm a very active person, i have to be with two little kids and i'm back to wrestling with them, running around with them, picking them up (24lbs and 48lbs respectively) and horsing around with them. (i'm 4wks out) Last weekend, i was so full of energy that i did not know what to do with myself!! I do have times that i am more tired than others but looking back, it is NOTHING compared to before. i'm just remembering what it was like before endo took over my life.

I did start bleeding the other day... i think it's my period actually but it took me by complete surprise. I have no pain, no cramps, just some light bleeding and a mild headache. what a relief to not have a ton of pain and fatigue with my period! (oh, and can i just say how awesome it is to be able to poop without pain!! hallelujah!)

We have plans tomorrow, a party, and it's so nice not to have to wonder if i will wake up tomorrow feeling awful and then having to not attend. I have not one iota of regret.

Jealous, but so happy you're feeling so much better. It gives me hope!
