Okay, I have to vent about this to some people that actually understand!!! So five months or so ago, one of my best friends came to me complaining that she was having bad, deep pain with intercourse and intense pain during her periods to the point where she couldn't move. Immediately I thought of Endo because she was having the same symptoms that I was having-minus bladder incontinence because I had endo growing on my bladder. So I told her about what I had and she said No, no I don't have that, that can't be me and my gynecologist knows about Endo and she can help me. I have her the names of my doctor's still and their phone numbers and said that she should give them a call. A few months goes by and the pain continues to get worse until one day she has a blood clot come out of her the size of her palm. She showed me the picture and again I thought ENDO!!!! So I bring it up to her again and she said her gynecologist was scheduling her for surgery to see if she has Endo....but her surgery was not a laparoscopy, she had a hysteroscopy and all her gyno found was "fluff" or extra thick lining of her endometrial cells. I have never heard of "fluff" before, but then she told me that her doctor was concerned that it was precancerous, so they took all the "fluff" out of her and did a biopsy and it turned out that it was all benign, which was great!! However I hear this news and again I think endo because I had polyps in my uterus that were benign. After all of this she tells me that she doesn't have endometriosis and that she is perfectly fine. I am so frustrated!!!! I still wonder how any of that explains her deep pain during intercourse or her giant blood clot that came out of her. I don't know what to do at this point, but I have such a stong feeling that there is more going on than her doctor or her want to look into. So, just for my own sanity, does that sound like endometriosis to anyone else or could it really all have just been caused from her "fluff"?

Also, I forgot to mention that she tried to get pregnant for three years with her ex boyfriend. After they broke up he started dating someone else and four months into it the woman he is dating is pregnant with twins. Again, my head screams "ENDOMETRIOSIS!!" lol
