Tea sometimes help. I usually do either green or peppermint tea. Mints can help too.

Also, I started Yaz and am at the end of my pack I had like one spot of blood and horrendous cramps. Pregnancy tests are negative what in the world is going on? Why did I not get my period?! I mean I'm not complaining as I HATE bleeding but is something wrong or preg test failed?!

I thought I did start earlier, but it went away weird.

Lol! If you're really worried, maybe go to the doctor and get a blood test just to make sure you aren't pregnant. Have you been diagnosed with PCOS as well? I have it, and my periods sometimes skip a month. I get the horrible cramps but never get the period. Haven't had that happen for a while...actually kind of miss that...was nice not having to deal with all the blood.

also keep in mind that taking advil can be hard on your stomach. i always make sure to take it with crackers or toast or something

Zofran works wonders for me! And I get extreme nausea. My heart goes out to you!

Also be sure to eat enough when taking ibuprofen. Its hard on my stomach. I do however find taking alleve is much easier on my stomach. And that's my 2cents....

bahaha there was supposed to be a NOT prego in there sorry! hahaha I'm def not omg I would die that would not be ok on any level! Yeah so I finally got my period and the pain was incredible this month I had a migraine (hadn't had one of those in a LONG time) and now that the pain is gone the bathroom is a murder scene. It's still better than the last birth control because I wasn't as emotional, just in extreme pain and clots the size of small babies coming out of me. UGH I'm just gonna go with it's a new birth control and my body has to adjust... Thoughts? It's pretty bad when I'm like oh this BC is AWESOME because I'm not a suicidal bitch haha oh and does anyone else get hip pain when they're on their period? I have EXTREME hip pain! But my god the cramps were terrible, and my boyfriend was having surgery yesterday it took everything I could do to not scream in pain when we were in preop. Poor guy too he had a rough night (so of course I start to cry as soon as I get out of the hospital because I can't stand him in pain ugh what a mess!) The shitty part is that I've been conditioned to think the pain only lasts a few days so I shouldn't complain, and I basically forget about the pain as soon as my period stops (which hopefully is soon haha) why do I torture myself month after month? And is there ANYTHING that can stop this heavy awful baby bleeding? ick.

I would agree with you on Alleve, but unfortunately it doesn't take the pain away for me and I'm allergic to Tylenol and most other pain killers :/ Thanks for your advice tho :)

On the hip pain...oh my...do I ever get the hip pain. Hip, lower back, uggg. I just sort of lean on the wall and slide myself down the hallway sometimes. As for all the bleeding, I don't know sister, I have heavy bleeding as well.

Hope your boyfriend is recovering well! The pain that only lasts for a few days are freakin horrible! I described them to my friend and she said that it sounds like labor pain.

There are other options that do help with heavy bleeding..but it wouldn't affect the pain. I have an IUD, and I thought my insides were being ripped apart Tuesday night. That's supposed to help with the bleeding...we'll see. I still want the dang thing out. Doesn't help with the endo though.

Yeah after everything I've been thru pregnancy is a big hell no. Haha yeah labor pains sounds like a good description lmao ugh I hate this and I hate that I can't talk about it and try to dismiss at as normal ugh :/ yeah I heard iuds are rough everything about this is so why wouldnt the treatment be? Its like someone wants me in as much pain as possible
