Hope everyone is going well!
I just thought I'd share my doctors appoint. with you all, since you're my source of strength in all of this! (of course along with family).
So i went to the referred doctor given to me by the professor. He is as dumbfounded as them all as to why im getting worse (pain wise) and says that it just shouldnt happen after laser!
Well - I wasnt going to tell him, I could name a bunch of women off here who would dissagree with you!
Anyway, he seems concerned, and I am going in for another lap and also to have a hystoscopy (I think thats how I spell it) on July 8th. It would have been next week but I have alot booked and planned up untill July 5th (it appears the 1 time I actually make plans for having a life I need the time to get myself well!)...so anyway it's booked for the 8th of July.
Im nervous but happy, this doctor not only doesnt charge over and above insurance and medicare (I'm in Australia before anyone gets confused lol) only $300 for both him and the anthaethetist which is a comparison to $1500 my previous gyno and anaeth. quoted me (the one who did the lasering). Goes to show the difference hey! This one seems to care, he and the anaeth. both gave me discounts because of my financial situation and position with all this so I am utterly grateful!
I'd been saving up thousands for it!! thinking i'd be stung the same again =(
However, this isnt the big procedure my professor wanted, but untill they know whats going on in there since Feb they can't assume its what I need.

I had the laser only.. he's pushing for the exicision the professor.. but untill they know whats going on and why/where the pain is coming from they dont know what I need. Since alot of this pain is since the lasering!

I don't use tampons hehe, but I will make sure I have plenty of pads handy! =)
The first time I went in I had a D & C also with the lasering.
It's all different this time I think.
Atleast this time I know to take a pad with me, and I know what I'll be in for (mostly).
