Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I'm really sorry you are feeling like this too. Hugs.
If I were you, I would try to find a new gyno if you don't feel comfortable talking to her or the nurses. If you can find a really great doctor, you will feel better about the situation.
As far as the Lupron goes, I would NOT try it. My gyno put me on it and I absolutely hated it! My side effects were ridiculous and I felt like I couldn't function. I started having panic attacks, night sweats, difficulty with intercourse, and I fell into a deep, dark depression. I was in a place that I didn't want to be. My husband urged me to go back to the doctor because he needed his wife back. In doing so, my gyno and I decided that I would stop the Lupron. Instead, I take birth control and skip the placebo pills so I wont have periods. Also, she gave me some antidepressants to take until the Lupron gets out of my system. So there are other options besides Lupron.
Hope this helps!
