Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I have had Endo, adhesions and PCOS since the age of 14,, my periods are usually all over the place. I had my lap in July and since then my periods have been sort more regular. The doctors couldn't remove it all when I had my lap however and they tell me it will be difficult to have children. I have been trying with my partner since the age of 15, young I know but I have always wanted to be a mother.
Now, my period is a month late, I'm peeing all the time, I am getting back pain, feeling sick in the mornings and evenings, feel tired, get hungry but don't want to eat, mood swings and am getting headaches. I haven't taken a test for fear of it being negative and my fianc is so supportive of all my choices I make. I have an appointment on Christmas eve to see how I'm doing after my lap (normal follow up appointment) should I wait until then to do the test?
I know if I do the test and it's negative I'll be more heartbroken then ever as I feel the endo pain slowly taking my chances of having children away day by day. But if I wait until Christmas eve and the doctor tells me I'm pregnant it would be the best thing I could possibly hear.. I'd really like some advice, my partner thinks I should do the test now but is also going through the same feelings as I am as to the results. .

Yes, I have found that endo symptoms can mimic pregnancy symptoms, but those symptoms definitely seem more pronounced. Hoping you get the news you want! :)
