Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I've been forced to stay active now that I have two jobs. I'm doing alot more walking even when I'm too tired and hurting and now I'm feeling better. I don't have as many painful days and when I am in pain it doesn't last as long. I've only had to take two pain pills in two weeks. That's unheard of for me. Maybe forcing yourself to push harder might help. Trust me I know how hard it is and how much it sucked but it has helped in the long run.
Hope you get to feeling better. Let me know what happens.
