I know I'm over posting. I'm sorry. For those who know I had a cervical infection last week and bled we finally got the bleeding under control and was doing well. And now HELLO blood again. I cant go a week without bleeding. I'm emotional, it hurts and I hate seeing the blood. ANY suggestions??

alana, do you have anxiety issues? don't take that the wrong way! But if it's making you anxious, def talk to your doc about it. maybe some meds would help you deal with all of this until you can have your surgery. I have no suggestions, just to take it one day at a time, you know? Have a good cry and then move on. I'm really sorry.... you sound like you're at your breaking point.... i was there but was fortunate that my doc could fit my surgery in pretty quickly. one day at a time, girl!

Probably a bit of anxiety. But I'm seriously at the end of my rope and when I saw that blood yesterday I just broke. I'm OK now cuz I took two BCPS and the blood went away, and I'm feeling better (thank god for acupuncture!)

I'm feeling that way too. I had my 4th lap 6 weeks ago...no problems, easiest recovery despite having an ovary removed. I had a period 4 days after surgery and it was fine. But two weeks ago I started my period but instead of the usual gradual upping of flow I immediately started flooding....and passing golf ball sized clots. Lasted for hours then nothing but spring for two days. A day of almost nothing. I ran two miles and started bleeding again. Had sex, started heavy bleeding again...and have been bleeding anywhere from spotting to flooding for two weeks. I'm so exhausted and also tired of bleeding....I'm so depressed and just don't know what to do....there seems to be no reason for it. :( so I understand completely and am sorry you are experiencing it too!!

I am sorry this happened again :( I don't have any real suggestions unfortunately.

Have you ever tried a menstrual cup? Obviously it wouldn't stop the bleeding but I have read they have a higher capacity than other feminine products....might at least make you feel like you're bleeding less if you see it less often!

I am glad the double BCPs and acupuncture have helped though....hugs and stay strong.

Have the lap!! :-) I think my bleeding issues right now are from either the fibroid I have in my uterus....or the hormonal changes from losing an ovary.

Felana sorry I didnt see your post for some reason. Hopefully I wont have a.period for a.while but... lol

I know a few people who have lost ovaries and.they never said they bled but everyone is different. This disease is gonna be the death of me haha
