Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I had my first lap in March of this year.
I have a few thoughts that may be helpful for you.
1) After the surgery, even if you feel like you are ready for eating normal food, hold off a little longer. Otherwise, you are in for days of nauseousness. (Not fun at all)
2) Again, if you feel ready to get up and get on the move again, hold off just a little longer. Give yourself a little extra time to heal before you start stretching that area again.
Also, having a good husband to cater to you helps :)
Good luck, you are in my prayers!
I hope to hear how things go!
You're in my prayers!!
