Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
My first month I spotted all month. The doc told me to take the 4 days off. I had a brutal, painful period.
October and November I had random pain all month and started spotting around day 55. I took 4 days off and had the kind of period I imagine "normal girls" get.
Now I'm three weeks into my next (hopefully) 3 month cycle and I'm pain free. (Except during a hard workout)(I don't think that's pill related)
Up until this cycle I was having pain during the bigO when I had sex. With the start of this cycle that has stopped as well and sex is normal.
Also the pill side effects have drastically subsided. I'm not nauseas anymore. My skin is blemish free and I don't want to eat everything in sight. I don't feel as moody anymore either.
Hope that helps. It's not instant. Sadly.
