I am so tired, I have not slept in days from being in so much pain....last night I woke up like every 10 mintues.....even cried out a couple times...... anybody know of any thing to use to get just a little relief so I can get some sleep......I feel like a walking zombie

Hot bath before bed, heat wraps (you can buy ones you can wear to bed) or hot water bottle? Some of those work for me.

You poor thing! I agree with Utah, any kind of heat does help. Can you take some over the counter medicine? They made Advil PM. Or Valerian Root and Melatonin are both good natural options, and you can get them at any drug store nowadays.

I hope you feel better soon! I totally understand how you are feeling!

I did the heat...I have been using heating pads, but it just does not seem to be doing anything anymore......I have not soaked in a hot bath though........and I have tried over the counter pain stuff but not sleeping pills, maybe I will give those a try......Thanks

I'm so sorry you are experiencing so much pain, and sleep loss. I've been where you are and was given Vicodin. After surgeries I've been given Darvoset. Have you called your doctor and let them know you are in so much pain. If so, what are they saying. Are they offering to give you anything? When the pain was just too much to bear anymore I've also gone to the ER for help in the past.

Have you tried Naproxin. It a anti inflamatory, Should help a little. Im on Lupron now, I am getting a lot of the nasty side effects from it..but let me tell you ist better than the agony pain i was suffering before! My pain was so bad before i could function at all. at least i can function now..good luck hun!

It's hard dealing with endo! I can say heating pads sometimes help me, but I always have it on. I have been on darvoset straight for two years. I can function on this pain medicine, it does not take all the pain away, but it does help with the sharpness of the pain. I am a person who cannot sit straight up for more than 1/2 hour without pain and cannot lay on my left side nor stomach. Also standing for more than 1/2 hour is so painful afterwards. I have been reading this book The Endometriosis Sourcebook. Good book I recommend it.
