Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I understand what you're going through, and hope my advice helps.
Sex is still painful, but sometimes different positions make it easier if you haven't tried that. As for the concentrating on concentrating, another thing I found myself doing, it's honestly just one of those things you have to find a way to get past. You have to figure out how to stop focusing on that and relax. For me, I just focus on my partner and everything I love about him. I'm fortunate enough to have someone who understands what I'm going through, listens to me, and doesn't force anything. I don't know your exact situation with your partner, but they really should consider your situation and needs, and they should NEVER make you feel guilty. You didn't ask for this, and it is NOT your fault. If they don't understand, try to help them. If they STILL don't get it, they shouldn't be allowed to 'get some.'
