Hey ladies,
I hope everyone is doing ok. I have a question that is so embarassing that i don't want to ask it.
I get my cycle every three months since I'm on Seasonale. It came 6 weeks early (last Saturday) because my silly self somehow forgot to take four days in a row. thank god i'm not having sex.
Ok here is the question ... again TMI warning. Have you ever had the blood smell really strong like you are bleeding out but the flow is normal? Like I've always showered twice a day (in the mornings and at night) so it's not a hygiene issue and there are no infections, stds or anything like that. This is the first cycle that has been this way. Like i woke up the other day and it seemed like i was in the middle of a slaughter house and i got in the shower immediately. I don't understand what the hell. This cycle is longer than normal but hardly any flow that that is different. I need this to leave so i can go back to being pain free.

Also When we bleed monthly our body sheds lots of iron out of our system. Maybe with a three month cycle your bloods iron content was much stronger. Iron is what makes blood smell like blood.
Who knows?
I will cut back when it's about to be that time again. I'm pretty sure i smell like Bath and Body works more than normal this week.
