I just got off birth control for a week and feel SO MUCH BETTER. Now my doc wants me to do low-ogestrel. My emotions were all over the place and now stable I don't want to go back on another pill I suffer enough depression, breast pain, weight gain, etc. I literally have been bleeding on the pill for a year anyway. So...?

Anyone know of anything that can stop the bleeding but not on bcps?

I really think having the d&c when you have your lap will (should) help the bleeding. The only things I think that helps heavy bleeding that's not medication is the d&c and an ablation.

Thanks, yeah my depression has gone away, my boob pain has gone away. I dropped 5 pounds, heads not foggy, I don't hurt, I don't wake up in the middle of the night (only to pee now haha), my period was 3 days instead of 3 weeks with pain only on the first day. I didn't realize how much birth control could impact your life so negatively. I was literally bleeding every month for 3 weeks! And when I was taking bc normally (meaning getting a period once a month) I'd start at the 3rd week. I would love to stay off it and get a tubal ligation while they're in there because the only other problem I would have besides the bleeding is an unwanted baby! Plus it can be reversed.

I just kind of want to try and see what happens, I can always get back on it but the reviews that were mentioned on that drug were that everyone went bat shit crazy. I already go crazy and don't need drugs to further my troubles.
