Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I have a post op appt on Tuesday.. I will let you know if he gives me any suggestions.
For me, it is hard to get the flow going. I feel like I really have to work a lot on relaxing and focusing just to start going, and then it is work to keep it going! It also sometimes triggers pelvic pain for me.
How annoying...and embarrassing!
Side note: When describing this to your doctor, do you use the word urinating or peeing? lol I hate discussing these things with doctors!
I too have had problems urinating at times, but only when I had a huge cyst, or just had surgery. I hope you are ok.
Agree with others: drink like there is no tomorrow, and lean forward when urinating. We actually poo better leaning back, pee better leaning forward.
