I was just diagnosed early February with Endo...it was scary. Went to the ER because a cyst busted on my ovary, and from there I was told I needed surgery in a week. So, they did the lap, and found that the Endo had spread all the way up to my appendix. I am in the military, so I only got 2 weeks off of work before I had to go back. It has not been a fun adventure since. I still do not completely understand Endo. I have been told many different things by different doctors, like what kinds of birth control works. I was on Depo shot for 5 years until a year ago, and then I got Merina. After the February surgery a doctor told me to take Nuva Ring, but it kept falling out. The next doctor recently told me that Depo is the best thing I can take to keep Endo in check. Does anyone else have this experience? I have also been taking Hydrocodone, as needed. I guess I would just like some tips and advice on how to deal with this.
