Weight gain

I've been gaining weight. Not a huge amount, but about 10-15 pounds in the last year. I can't figure out why. It seems like the healthier I eat, the more weight I gain. Could this be at all linked to endo? My pants are so tight by the end of the day I can't stand it...but I really don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe. :(

I really think that there's a correlation. I eat really healthy and when I wasn't in daily pain I would run and do Pilates and I'm still about 30-40 pounds overweight. I started to gain all this weight when I went on Depo 7 years ago for birth control...wish I'd known I didn't need it! I packed on about 40 pounds in 3 months and still have not been able to lose it.

Another interesting note...before my last surgery I worked really hard and lost 10 pounds. After the surgery, without even trying, I lost another 7. As soon as my pain returned (about 3-4 weeks), the weight loss completely stalled and now I'm up 10 again. It's got to be hormonal!
