Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

Hope this helps!
I workout 3-5 days a week, with the rest being my off days. I alternate between weight lifting days and HIIT. I can't do steady cardio because I can only do 45 minutes before I get endo pain.
I also like pilates. And walking is also a good option.
Good luck with finding something that works for you!
Swimming works very well for me, yoga, walking, and the elliptical. I can also handle light weights and like to do strength training...
but in truth I'm not doing them at the moment because the IVF doc says no exercise for 2+ weeks...
As for getting the will to exercise, I've struggled with that for years and I finally started a reward system which worked pretty well. If I consistently exercised, I rewarded myself (new workout dvd? new clothes? maybe watch a favorite movie while working out?)...see if that helps a little.
