I need some advice or suggestions from someone...anyone at this point. I have been in the worst pain for the last two hours and nothing seems to be helping. My doctor suggested I do a continuous birth control pill to help with the pain, but I keep having these instances of sever pain. I don't know what to do to manage the pain, and it seems to be getting worse and more frequent. These episodes are so intense that they leave me weak and exhausted to the point that all I can do is lay here. Can any please help me? I have no family near me and none of the women in my family have endo so I feel stuck and kind of alone :(

go back to your doctor are you takin painkillers? but i know how you feel i hope you feel better soon

Warm baths help me. But if the pain is that severe, go to the ER or call your doctor

I know how you feel. Nothing really helps. You go to the ER they take forever to give you anything and send you home with pain killers and no solutions. I live with a heating pad 24/7. I get the disposable ones for when I'm at work.i hope you feel better soon.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
