Eczema Support Group
Eczema is a form of inflammation of the upper layers of the skin. The main symptoms are skin rashes characterized by redness, skin edema, itching and dryness, with possible crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing or bleeding. Eczema can be extremely physically and socially uncomfortable. If you're an eczema sufferer, join the group and get support.
Break down the problem, this is a good forum for it.
What are you doing about it? Are you seeing a dermatologist, what medication are you on?
Are you staying fit and getting sun. That's proven to prevent depression that comes with this.
What do you like doing for fun? Find ways to still do it with eczema. I know that sounds like its easy to say, but besides swimming and nude modelling you can do anything you want.
And, do you have a personal support group, like friends and family that don't judge you on looks. If not, hell get a dog or go volunteer somewhere.
good luck.
I was in your boat 2 years ago, but I have manages to change my life drastically by following what I said above. I still will get some flares but its very manageable and hardly an issue in my life anymore.
Dont take too many prescription drugs too, those dont do much and simply mask the problem. The real cure is the light with in your heart. Good luck.
have you tried the Wet Wrapping Technique?
It consists of applying wet wraps or garments and ointments on dry itchy skin.

If you have been using steroid creams for a long time, you may very well be addicted to them. It is called 'red skin syndrome' or 'topical steroid addiction'. Go to ITSAN.org and do some research. I am 17 and my life was being ruined by eczema. I was not living anymore. I found these amazing people who helped me so what I was doing wrong. STOP THE STEROIDS. They are dangerous. They are addicting. They are making you worse!
I also appreciate the practical advice from eczemanomore! I will try some of those remedies that you mentioned on your website. Thank you!
