I recently have been under a lot of stress. The skin on my face and neck which is usually balanced and without blemishes broke out on both sides of my cheeks. My face became unusually oily. So I treated it the way most people would with blemish treatment, astringent, and spot treatment (proactive). I soon began to notice that my skin was becoming very dry, scally and even leather like in feel and when dry was itchy and even hurt. I have tried everything from tea tree oil, shea butter, Vitamin E oil, cocoa butter, coconut oil, etc. and they may relieve for a moment, but as soon as that soaks in it is back to dry and tight and uncomfortable. Do you, who know you have eczema think this maybe what I may have. I did have psoriasis as a child on my arm, but that went away, and think I have had some eczema behind my knees at times but have not had that in a while. I also need to find a product to will help me with this. I appreciate any and all feed back!
