Try a good moisturizer as most eczema is caused by dry skin. If that doesn't help try to get a purscription for a steroid cream. Or try to get one for a corticosteroid cream...they are very strong but they work.

I agree completely with Bayrabbit, moisturising is key, if it's dry itll crack and continue to itch. I also have it really bad in that crease behind my knees, dermovate was given to me and works wonders but it's different for everyone. But definately moisturise, the best moisturiser I've ever had and always use is 'aveeno' , very natural and soothing. Also I wouldn't wear any tight fitting clothes on your legs such as leggings, tights, as I think they make it worse and you sweat there too which can be irritating.

I'm not sure exactly, its an ointment and underneath it says 'clobetasol propionate'. may be the same as betnovate I don't know but cleared mine right up within a week
