I havent eaten anything (by means of keeping it inside me) for almost seven months. Basically, the little that I do eat I throw up. Self induced. I have lost about five and a half stone, maybe a little more, I never weigh myself but sometimes my gp will.
For about four months I have been on Ensure Plus, they do help. I dont feel dizzy and tired as much and I dont collapse anymore. The thing is, and this may just be me but I feel like Im either putting on weight or staying about the same as before I begain them. Does anybody know if this could be true? Please let me know your thought. MAny thanx.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
