I didn't like my branch of OA, but I'm so glad it's helping you! There can be a lot of supportive people there, though!!! I did notice that!

I've had a good day so far. Broke a personal record, saw two people I haven't seen in awhile, went to Starbucks to have my favourite drink. :D Only thing I'm worried about is ladycass going into treatment right now. Everyone just pray for her please, that she will be able to get the help she deserves.

My day today is not a great day, nor a bad day.. I did though take a day off of work for myself.. I am so tired of being talked about, and looked as though I am a freak show.. The constant comments from outsiders, about how I look. I can't take it any more..... I myself, have been doing good on drinking my Ensures, not alot of food though. Also I am 1 year sober from drinking... Yeah me.. Now, if I could be 1 yr free of ED.. May blessings find you all..

I'm having a great day! I finished my lunch and didn't have an anxiety attack. I am telling myself that I'm stronger than ED. I have a doctor's appt and I'm worried about what he's going to say about my weight but I'm trying to stay positive.

Mixed day - went to funeral, saw a friend and her baby, ate with my dad, felt guilt for eating and purged, and then wnt to see an AMAZING play at the theatre. But well done all of you with positive tales to tell!

I had a great day, I got a job!!! Programmer analyst. Woot!

I had a refreshing day. Day one out of a long b/p cycle again. Have regained my motivation and pushed away some intruding depression. yay!

I had a good one too! So busy at work I didn't have time for my ED. I am a labor and delivery nurse and we had a cute little first time mom walk into the hospital today. Before we could get her into a bed she had to use the bathroom....next thing we know she is yelling from the toilet, holding a screaming baby boy by the arm. His head was all wet and the daddy almost passed out....but all is well for the new little family!! LOL....one more reason not to use toilets for purging....never know when one might be needed for a delivery! :-)

i had an amazing day!! i havent binged or purged for 4 days now! i went to the movies tonight, didnt overeat popcorn at all =]]

Oh yea...for those of you who had bad days, my day went from good to awful. I got into a fight with my husband he told me to F off and he was going to divorce me. I then conteplate d suicide as he looked up papers. The fught was my fault, but still...so I apoligized and we got through it, but I still felt stressed, overwhelmed, so I bped. now my stomach is so full and I feel bloated and unhappy about it. Oh well, today is another day and I can get through this.
