Go through some therapy, work hard with the therapist, and draw up some things you can do positive to distract yourself.
As for the working out, three RDs have told me that you should only work out 3-5x/week for 30-60 minutes, and after working out, you should supplement with one serving of grain and another serving of fruit, at least. You're burning yourself out and hurting your body when you don't allow yourself to rest AT LEAST 2 days.
It's also a mental thing to have a distorted view of yourself. Like you said, you FEEL fat, and that's valid because you can't help the distortion of your brain. But the truth is that you aren't, and you're seeing yourself that way because you have distortion shades on. Continue to refute these thoughts. It will be a long and hard road, I'll give you that. But don't give up.
If you'd like some info that I received at Remuda Ranch about how to oppose those thoughts, send me a message with your snail mail address. :)
Would you like me to send you my Remuda Ranch meal plan?
If you purged, reflect on what you were feeling. Was it REALLY because of the food? Or were you struggling with something else on your mind? Replay your day in your head; did anything stress you out? What are you feeling? Realise that feeling, and then sit with it. Use opposite emotions to deal with it, or do something you like to do (read, watch the telly, write some letters [to me!], take a nice walk, breathe, call someone you're close to, text someone [me!], take a nap, give yourself a foot massage, go see a friend, ride your bike, do some slow deep breathing exercises [count 1 to 50]...etc. You get the point. You CAN and WILL maintain at 1900-2000 calories, as long as you take a little walk or do something pleasurable that involves getting out everyday. And if you are working out for even 30 minutes 3x/week and replacing it with a grain and a fruit, you should be fine as well! Put health before the ED. Because you're worth it.
