I am so sick of this never ending craving that is never satisfied. I have lost all ability to want to eat healthy. I know something is going on with me. I just can't figure it out. I'm so sad and angry at my behavior. The more I get discusted with myself the more I eat. Does anybody have an answer to this life time of frustration?

I've definitely had that feeling. I think "let me just eat this and that will do the trick." When it doesn't (and it never does), I try to find something else to eat to fill the "void." Personally I found that I was spiritually bankrupt, and nothing was ever going to fill that void other than developing a spiritual relationship with a higher power. I know it sounds corny, but it's true. I belong to Overeater's Anonymous and it has truly saved my life. Hang in there.

Have you tried switching to other activities when you think you want to eat to see if it satiates the craving? Of course some cravings are just that, physical cravings, but if your suffering from emotional type cravings maybe changing it up and substituting the food with a hobby might help? Just throwing that out there. Hang in there.

I have been dealing with binge eating for years and years and have just realized I think mines related to my anxiety problem I'm having.I'm hoping focusing on getting rid of that will help the eating disorder.Have you had any type of counseling?

Alright take a deep breath, lets divide and conquer. Let me tell you a little secret carbohydrates mostly high starchy carbs such as breads, pasta, pretzels increases no only appetite because there is not much nutrition to them. But carbodydrates also increase the appetite because they are packed full of high sugar, and white flour. It's not necissarily emotional eating, but it could very well be. But look at what you are exactly eating. The more carbs you eat, the more you want you just cant get enough. Focus on proteins and make sure you get mostly protein in every meal. It reduces cravings and keeps you full way longer. hope it helps message me if you have more questions
