I am also sorry you are struggling right now with food and your body image. These are issues that are usually present with ED's, but I am not a doctor and can't say if you have one or not. But it is clear you are struggling regardless if you have a diagnosable ED or not.
I do not agree with your mother that when you call yourself fat it is selfish or that it makes people heavier than you feel bad. You feel the way you feel and you should be able to express your feelings without being told you are selfish - you are NOT selfish. If someone heavier than you feels bad about their own weight it has nothing to do with you or your weight - it is their issue, not yours. I wonder if your mother is the one who feels bad about her own weight when you say how you feel?
Is there another adult in your life you can turn to for help? Another relative you trust or even a friends parent? When you return to school in the Fall please do talk to a counselor if you have not found anyone else to talk to. Not eating really messes with your body and the sooner you heal the ED the better your life will be. Please do tell someone you trust and ask for help. ((Hugs))
