Where is the pain? If it's in you lower right abdomen then it could be appendictis - nothing to mess with!
It could be constipation or gas pains. Constipation can make your abdomen really tender because there's so much...pressure. At least for me.
I've also had ovarian cysts. They hurt like a bitch. Everyone thought I had appendicitis, I ended up at the ER one time because I couldn't move and was screaming in pain. It eventually ruptured, which is a good thing, it felt really weird when it did it but it was so much better. I've had other ones after that severe one, they're pretty awful.
It could also be your stomach, you may have such a tiny stomach that shrunk down and is now expanding again as you are eating. That will be painful.
And as strange as it will sound it could be your heart. Sometimes people get abdominal pains because of a heart problem. It's on the rare side but still possible.
And probably a really bad problem is your liver. The medications may be inflaming your liver as it can't handle the meds and sees them as "toxins". That's pretty severe but possible.
I could go on and on about the things it could be. Just see a doctor to find out.
I hope for the best for you. Please take this seriously.
