In the early stages of my recovery, in order to get back to normal eating and size, I had to eat small but frequent meals/snacks. That way I didn't trigger the urge to binge which would then trigger the desire to restrict. Does this make sense?
Also, personally, I would find pizza too rich for my system after all the abuse it's been through. It would trigger nausea for me because of the richness of all the cheese, but that's a personal matter for me. I can eat a moderate amount of cheese but not heaps if you get what I'm saying.
Don't beat yourself up but try to glean from this what works for you, and what possibly needs "tweaking"... you are doing really well by the way. I find a good, quick but nutritious meal for me is an omelette with a bit of cheese, some other protein (like chopped up cooked meat - any sort you like) and a few veges thrown in like capsicum or mushroom or tomato, etc. This is easy to cook, easy to digest and takes little time. I also include some other vege such as cooked green beans on the side or if it's summer (which it isn't now here - sigh!) a green salad and bit of mayo.
Hope some of this helps, Kim x
