If you want to lose weight do it in a HEALTHY way, 200 calories/day is way to little, and DO not purge. The thing is that once you start, you will only gain all the weight back when you stop.
So exercise in moderation and eat what you want in moderation and your weight will settle where it should be.
Are you speeking to a professional?
its such a hard battle to increase calories again, I used to do that what your doing and make sure i had 300 or less a day..I got thinner but not in a good way. I lost muscle mass and looked ill. I became secluded only wanting to count calories and looked skeltal in the end. Youll keep telling yourself ill stop when im thin enough...i wont get too thin but it doesnt work that way..once you start its so hard to stop. Please dont its not worth it. Instead try to do mroe exercise which releases enorphins and makes you feel good and over time youll get thinner and more toned, muscle etc ad have loads of energy and be fit which is way better than jsut being thin...most girls that are stick thin are really unhappy. You can get jsut as many negative comments being thin too.
Instead of focusing on what not to have, focus on what you can have: loads of vegatables, protein, dairy in moderation. Just be carefull of sugar more than anything and processed foods.
