Eating disorders are marked by an obsessive need to control the intake and/or purging of food. This community is dedicated to those struggling on the road to recovery. Join to discuss your experience with others and find support. Get advice, ask questions, and meet others who are going through similar struggles.
Being hungry is not a problem. The human body needs food to function. It's what gives us energy. Eating is not something you should have to feel guilty for doing. That type of language indicates that your relationship with food might be heading in a dangerous direction.
If you're wanting to lose weight (although 92 pounds is probably quite thin already, depending on your height), there are plenty of fitness and nutrition websites online with lots of useful information if you just want to be skinny.
You do NOT want an eating disorder. An eating disorder is not the way to go about achieving your goals.
If you want to be skinny, I'm sure you can find a diet and exercise regimen for you.
But please - and don't take this to be harsh, because I'm saying it out of love for the people here, and not with any animosity toward you - please do not go on eating disorder forums and ask people how to be skinny. The people here are trying to recover, and part of that is having this space to discuss their struggles.
