Even though it doesn't seem like it, you do have control. I wouldn't make any big drastic changes, but small changes are helpful too. Make sure you are making healthy food choices and eating a balanced diet. Losing weight has so much more to do with our food choices then exercise. (Much research has been done to verify this. Although, exercise is always beneficial.) There are exercise programs/ videos online for all types of people, including those with disabilities. You may not be able to do strenuous activities, but maybe you can sit in a chair and lift hand weights or other upper body strength exercises. There are options. Most importantly, your worth and value is not found in what your body looks like, what the scale says, or how big your thighs are. I know it's so easy to find our worth in our body image. I just want you to know that you are valuable and beautiful just the way you are! With all that you have on your plate, and from what you have described, I'm wondering if it's possible that you have some depression. It might not be a bad idea to talk to a therapist to help you through this. Wishing you the best!
Today after nearly 5 months since he wrote letter to me, I get to c him(my G.I.). I truly believe God will cause me to have favor w/him. If u read this b4 my 9:30 appt. and believe in Jesus Christ as your personal savior, please pray 4 me. I'm probably writing this too late. But I have a lot of faith in Jesus Christ. I hope it is ok to write about my personal beliefs. I'm not allowed to work out w/any weights cuz it makes my R.A. worse. I can do isometrics and do them as often as I can, but I'm still getting flabbier and flabbier and gaining tooooooo many inches. I'm seeing a therapist + corresponding w/a nutrition coach that writes articles on E.D. recovery on Pinterest. I wish she could coach me. But it is way to expensive and she doesn't do any charity work. But it still seems that I'm getting more help from her blogs/articles and emails than from therapist. I do know my worth and value is not based on scale and measurement, but the more I gain the more pain I'm in Physically and mentally and I only have 1 outfit I can wear and not enuf $ to buy more or enuf. That is 1 of the reasons I was sooooo afraid of gaining any weight past 95 lbs. I have to quit now and get ready 4 ride to drs. I want to request to be friends w/u.
