theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
No one I know would vomit willingly unless compelled by something as horrible as an eating disorder. It's normal, non-ED behavior to fear vomiting. It's uncomfortable, feels unnatural and sometimes it's painful.
I think I understand what you're talking about. If you feel guilt after you've eaten then there is something wrong. Maybe instead of trying to work out how to deal with the guilt you should get some help in working out why you're feeling guilty about eating.Having a fear of vomitting stop you becoming bulemic is convenient, but it's not really ideal. It would be great if you didn't want to make yourself sick at all.

After I became anorexic I tried it a few times. Last time my whole body was itching even my head and I was read all over. I had to undress completetly and put lotion all over me. It was so painful I'll never do it again. Plus it takes so much effort on my body that I think I will have a heart attack. It's good to be afraid.
