I'm still not totally convinced that not purging is the right thing to do here. I think I was a couple of weeks binge free and when I do what I just did, my blood sugar skyrockets and I get dizzy. Not only that, but there was baked goods involved here. I have celiac disease. Not a good combination.
I tried to call Rick. He's back safely in Savannah and just finished eating dinner. He's going to call me when he gets back to his hotel room. I hate to dump this on him -again - as our relationship is pretty much in the shitter right now anyway ya know? He's got enough stress going back and forth from Oregon to Georgia. I think the last thing he wants to have to listen to is me and my crap.
I knew this was coming today. I had been putting it off since about 10 this morning. I should have written about this before it happened. I was in the fridge quicker than flies on a horsepile.
