I drink Coke. It doesn't change my weight at all.
I love Root Beer. I only have it when I go out to eat. Wake up, same weight. Don't put anymore energy into it, OK?
So for how long have you been eating this little? I'd like to help you out, if i could try, if you want help that is..
Jonroland- I hate my ED but at the same time I don't, I can't stop. I wouldn't be willing to start eating more because I need to loose weight. There is so much going on in my life right now and I feel like everything in my life is out of control. My job, my depression, my living situation, my friends, money, my ED., everything. But thank you all for the responses. I still feel extremely guilty, but I do feel a little better.
But loosing weight isn't done through not eating, starvation and sickness is done that way
If you want tips ( i'll try to help best i can ) then message me
But thank you for your help.
As far as i can tell, you live in a part of the world and have the access to take care of yourself, and we're all extremely lucky and often forgetful of that, saying that you don't "deserve" to eat is a bit of an insult to people who just flat out don't even have the option to.
I'm not saying you don't have obstacles to overcome before you adopt a healthier lifestyle, but the non deserving attitude is something i'd work on changing...
Look, i'm only here to help (and be helped) but if "support group" is just code for "saying nice lovely things at times it won't help" then it's not for me..if it means me risking sounding slightly rude then fine, i'd still rather say something that i feel could actually help you.
It's from a good place, just know that
