Fear of change is part of eating disordered behaviour, could be linked to "all or nothing thinking" and "black and white thinking" and a major part of recovery treatment is to challenge yourself every day safely so that you learn to cope with changes and build confidence. Life is ever changing and you will have to develop these skills to survive. I can only suggest that you try to change something minor every day, perhaps change rooutines just for the hell of it, set your alarm early, set it late, shower at night instead of morning etc, try different foods, just break all the habits and challenge yourself . Am sure the next academic year will be fun once you have settled in
