As for the scale...I've seen those things in the store, they just look like mental torture devices. Who actually needs to know all that crap?
What if you asked them to move the scale somewhere other than the bathroom? I know it's hard just having it in the house, but if it was somewhere else (your sister's bedroom, maybe?) would that help?
Just seriously dismantle it.
Dad might not get the message, as this has gone on so long with no help from him.
But you might have a good time clipping the wires, then putting it right back together, brushing your hands and walking away.

The garage, maybe? Out in a corner of the yard where it might get rained on? hehe
Anyway if you really don't feel comfortable with it then just tell your father. Could he keep it in his bathroom instead of the common one? If it's not possible then maybe put it out of sight, or have someone hide it, so when they want to use it they know where it is and it won't trigger you seeing it sitting there.
