Eating Disorders Support Group
Eating disorders are marked by an obsessive need to control the intake and/or purging of food. This community is dedicated to those struggling on the road to recovery. Join to discuss your experience with others and find support. Get advice, ask questions, and meet others who are going through similar struggles.
I also want to point out that diets never work in the long term. You may lose weight on the diet but as soon as you go off you gain it all back, plus more. You need to learn how to eat and a dietitian can help you with this. Seeing a professional is better than doing weight watchers. You're going to pay for something either way, shouldn't it be the better choice?
@Cme135 well if you really need to lose weight it might work, i might do the same :). good luck
Eating disorders refer to a group of conditions defined by abnormal eating habits that may involve either insufficient or excessive food intake to the detriment of an individual's physical and mental health.
Clearly this post was targeted to people who struggle with overeating and binge eating to help in successfully stopping negative eating patterns.
Maybe overeating habits are caused by different reasons then Bulimia or Anorexia. But in my case and in many others struggle with underlining mental heath issues that cause the over eating.
I am hear to seek help with my eating problems just like anyone one else on this support group.
