Am trying to stop binging and I am better than I have been. I tried keeping chocs\crisps\snacks etc in the house and the idea is to limit\ask myself do i really want it etc but it's not working. Have also tried having nothing in the house but then it worries me that there is nothing there and has sent me into a bigger binge.
I feel i can't win either way and was wondering if anyone is going through the same?
My goal is to have stuff in the house and not be bothered by it!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i think it would work for me(although iv not tried it)
is cause whenever i binge its because sometimes im scared that if i dont eat it then, then someone else wud have eaten it b4 me,its all about controlling my life and having what i want without limits.
binges begin when u limit yourself
the less u limit,the less u binge.x
