It must be twice as hard to have an ed living in a culture where food plays such an important role. I really feel for you but I hope you can do a little more than water and coffee. You are not alone. You might be in your family but you always have us.
In a couple of hours I will be facing my third family holiday feast for this weekend, so I do understand your fears: cave in and be part of the group, or deny myself all the goodies I crave so I don't hate myself tonight?
We'll all make it through this day together, okay?
Hope you are doing better now and have found that magic button in our heads that finally say "no more!"
Hugs ~*~
