My roommate brought home a Food Addictions pamphlet one day...and I thought that she was thinking that I was fat and needed some serious help...but, she said that it was for her...but I may be able to benefit from it too. Cause it touches on more then just those who overeat....it also touches on those with restrictive tendencies, B/Pers, bingers....and the like. You could look into something like that.
I know, you want to be able to conquer this on your own...but sometimes we have to try and get help from a group. People who we can get together with and talk about things in person. :) I hope this has been helpful. I know that you know what you need to do. So, I'm not going to tell you...I just hope that the obsessive side of your brain tunes down a little and allows you the chance to attempt to get better. :)
Again, thanks for "reading (listening)"!
