this is my fourht day of no binging or purging, but right now im getting the urge to want to, i jsut had a snack of 4 baby carrots and a handful of dried fruit but i keep wanting to go back and eat junk food. thats why im writing to try and get past it, help! im doing so well, i just need something to distract me.

this is probably bad, but perhaps watching a weight loss/dieting show might help? i dunno, seeing overweight people might keep u from overindulging.......

there is a lunar eclipse? i know the moon is huge and really low tonight lol.

Yeah depending upon where you live, there's a full lunar eclipse august 28.
It starts at nearly 4am for me but I'm definitely gonna go see it - it shouldn't happen again until 2011. It's quite a cool thing to watch and a great way to kill time. search google for the time it begins based on where you live. :]
