I actually don't have an answer. I'm constantly in pursuit of finding one myself. What i can say is that i have been where you are, and while i'm not over where i am now, i'm no longer where i can consider my worst. I realised how silly the whole constantly counting calories thing is when i educated myself on food and nutrition and how it works. It changed my mindset enough for me to take a step back and think, " wow, i should relax a little"
I spent the better part of 4 years trying to starve myself to happiness. Won't work, thats the truth. I was trying to achieve a look that i thought would make life great again, and i only realize now that i can achieve that look through exercise, nourishing my body and good foods and ultimately, consistency.

Educate yourself, read some books, and eating will look different to you again. Hope this helps x
