3 chicken breast
3 leaks - cut off green part
2 Knor Chicken Bouillon Cubes (I think they make the best bouillon cubes)
1/2 medium onion
3 large carrots
3 celery sticks
pepper
2 or 3 tablespoons of cream
Cut up chicken with kitchen scissors in bite size pieces and place in pan -- add 2 Knor bouillon cubes with water and bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes.
chop up carrots and place in chicken and bouillon
cook carrots for about 15 minutes - add water as needed and also another bouillon if needed
chop up celery
Chop up leeks in 1 inch pieces and place in colander -- wash leeks
Place leeks and celery in simmering pot and put in more water as needed -- taste to see if more bouillon is needed
When all is tender put in 2 to 3 tablespoons of whole cream in
Serve immediately (does not freeze well) -- croutons go great with this soup.
Makes a great winter soup. Leave out cream if you have the flu or a cold.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
