One day, many years ago, I was driving to work, which at that time was a high-pressure job an hour away from my home. Tears started streaming down my face for no reason. Then, in a flash, it came to me: I hated the job, which was taking over and ruining my life. I resigned a week later, and have never had a similar experience since then.
I also avoid getting over-tired. The dark clouds seems to gather when I don't get enough sleep.
