Seeking doc preferably Central NJ... but will travel anywhere in NJ/PA/NYC.

I am 77. Have had RA 40+ years, Sjogren's, neuropathy, maybe fibromyalgia, Coronary Artery Disease, high blood pressure. I take Rinvoq and Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) for RA, Evoxac (Cevimeline) for Sjogrens, Losartan (25mg) for BP, Forteo for Osteoporosis.

MY SYMPTOMS:

- weakness

- fatigue

- exercise intolerance

- shortness of breath

- syncope (passed out 3 times in 13 months)

- light-headedness that comes and goes

- alternating constipation 

- hot and cold

- appetite swings (from can't eat enough to no appetite)

All Thyroid tests are normal. 

All symptoms started Dec 2020 when I got COVID-19 that started with passing out, two nights in a row.
