I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I am 23 and am newly diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. My main symptoms are fainting 3-4 times a week, dizziness, orthostatic intolerance, and exercise intolerance (because of the tachycardia). I'e been really experiencing these symptoms for about 14 months. My doctor told me most patients go longer before they get to him, however, I have been struggling with coping with this happening and how long it has been happening. With my at home treatments (water, compression stockings and binder, raising the head of my bed I have improved a little, as I was fainting 6-7 times a week, however, I am really frustrated with their lack of treatment and significant improvement. I am really here to connect with other people who are or have experienced similar problems.
